East Texas License Service is an alcoholic beverage licensing firm that helps restaurants, clubs, country clubs, bars, liquor stores, and convenience stores obtain and maintain licenses to sell and/or serve alcoholic beverages.

Roy Floyd, President of ETLS, has been in the license service business since 1970.

ETLS works closely with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, county, and city agencies in obtaining licenses and permits.
